Manage 1 system, not 100 employees

Becoming a professional problem solver is one way to level up your life and business. This week I realized all the work I had was solving problems not working on individual tasks but focusing on tasks that impact everyone on a team. This was a great sign that I’m moving forward. When U think of what makes someone that makes $2k a month and someone that makes $1million a month what do you think the difference is? One is a problem solver and the other is executing on the solution to the problem. The millionaire focuses on creating solutions and having others execute on their plan.

As I grow I’m realizing more and more daily that to grow you need to focus on output/optimization and the way to do that is increase employees or implement technology regardless of what waay you go you will create more work for yourself and being someone that’s Lazy I’ve learned that if you want to maintain a low amount of work you will have to creating larger systems and manage that one system.

One major problems business owners have is managing individual steps as “individuals” instead of building one big business system and manage one.

Sure it take time to build but if you remember it’s about giving your time towards things that will exponentially save you time down the line.
